About Naomi Y. Scrivener

Naomi Y. Scrivener is a Certified Financial Planner licensee (CFP), and owner of BackOffice Solutions, LLC , in Colleyville, Texas. She holds a Master's degree from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, and a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan College, Macon, Georgia. She completed the Certified Financial Planner's Educational Program through the College of Financial Planning, in Denver, and became a CFP licensee in 1996.

From May, 1997 to May, 2000, Naomi was employed as a staff planner at Resource Advisory Services, Inc., in Knoxville, Tennessee. She developed comprehensive financial plans for high net worth clients, and monitored their progress in an ongoing relationship. She also worked with clients that had special needs on a limited basis. Previously, she was a Health Benefits Administrator and Accounts Officer with the Louisiana Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Naomi has been a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) since 1997. She has also been a member of the Financial Planners Association, and has served on its board as Secretary-Treasurer, and President-elect for the East Tennessee chapter. She has been active in two Habitat for Humanity affiliates, providing financial literacy and education to potential Habitat homeowners.

Naomi and her family moved from Georgetown, Texas to Colleyville, Texas in June, 2005.
