The services that are provided to each client will be highly individualized. Back Office Solutions, LLC can use a "packaged" format, or can customize output to the Planner's existing format. The cost for customization will be more for the initial plan, but is likely to decrease once the format is established.

This stage is used for marketing, setting-up the program defaults and educating the outsourcing process to the client.

This includes the data entry for submitted financial plans. The price per plan of data entry can range depending on the complexity of the plan. Complexity of the plan is determined by amount of time spent entering the data into the selected software programs and presentation of the data gathered from the client.

Back Office Solutions has the ability to analyze and develop reports using software that matches the planners’ desired output, develop projections, and create scenarios to achieve client goals. These services are charged on a per hour rate only.

Backoffice Solutions has the writing abilities to complete your comprehensive financial plan in the plan writing stage. These services are charged at an hourly rate.

BackOffice Solutions will strive to achieve a "paperless" environment for its clients by working online as much as possible.

For each project completed, the Planner will receive the final documents via email of file through a secure, encryption-based email system. Additional hardcopies of reports or plans, and backups of client files on disks are available at an additional charge.
